Learn How To Build A List:
1. Acquire qualified leads – Build a list of qualified people

It’s not about customer acquisition, it’s about customer retention.

Where do I start?
If you’re not building a list, then chances are you are not making any money.
If you do not already have a list of 1,000 people, your ONLY priority at this point is to get there as fast as possible. When you do, you will be closer to making money, guaranteed!
What is a list?
A list is a database of people who are interested in a certain topic. They offer their email address, and you send them emails about that topic, and you make money.
Two types of lists
- Regular opt-in list
- Buyers list (100 times more profitable)
How do you make money from a list? (build a list)
Imagine that you have a list of 1,000 people who are all interested in learning how to play the piano. You can send an email out to that list of people recommending a new “piano chords for beginners” DVD set and get paid for every person that buys it (affiliate marketing).
What you need to build a list – You only need 3 things:
Active squeeze page
Opt-in offer
Traffic to that squeeze page
*The best squeeze pages only provide the visitor with ONE option: Opt in or leave, period!
Putting up clickable links, and giving the visitor multiple options just confuses them, and a confused mind never takes the action you want them to take.
Your offer needs to be valuable enough that people are willing to give you their name and email address in exchange for eBooks, free reports, videos, audios, or even “tips” and “secrets.” I cannot stress enough the importance of starting NOW to build a list. I have an Aweber account already and a hosting account. I just figured out how to set up a personal email account. I wanted to know how can I create the squeeze pages.

You can find a free squeeze page template by searching for it on Google. Have you got an HTML editor yet? On my Freebies page, you can download SharePoint Designer for free.
You will also need FTP, which is free.
Use the search function on my blog (to the right) to look for articles about these topics….it saves a lot of time.
